The South Florida Water Management District issued a Letter of Intent to negotiate acquisition of approximately 133.4 acres of Hobe-St. Lucie Conservancy District land interests, release certain easements, and obtain a Temporary Construction Easement, to be formalized in a future Acquisition Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding. The letter is expressly nonbinding pending approval of a final agreement by both parties.
