Roscommon County approved the Creekside Meadows Brownfield Plan providing Redstone Homes Northern MI, LLC reimbursement of up to about $12.3 million for eligible environmental, infrastructure, and housing development costs. Reimbursement will come from state and local tax increment revenues over an estimated 22-year period.
