Santa Clara City and Ivins City have enacted a new interlocal agreement under which Ivins City will operate consolidated police and animal control services for both communities starting July 1, 2026. Santa Clara City will reimburse Ivins City per a blended population and call volume formula. The agreement runs for an initial 6-year term and auto-renews.
