Canaveral Port Authority is considering authorizing staff to execute a Settlement Agreement and Release with The Dutra Group to resolve all claims related to the North Cargo Berth 1, 2 & 8 Deepening and O&M Dredging contract dated October 7, 2024. The settlement will close out the contract with no change to the total contract value despite schedule delays and increased dredging quantities.
