The Town of Pitkin will notify the Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA) that certain uncompensated officials are excluded from workers' compensation coverage for the policy year beginning January 1, 2026. This action clarifies which categories of officials are not treated as employees for workers' compensation purposes.
