The agreement may be terminated by the client at any time without cause after completion of a minimum one-month program, or by NAWC for cause with seven days’ written notice. The maximum generator hours billed shall not exceed 4,000 hours unless increased in writing. No automatic renewal is specified; future seasons would require a new written amendment or agreement.
