Description

The City of Mesquite approved assignment of its TIRZ #14 and Chapter 380 economic development agreements for the Alcott Station site to Alto Alcott Station, LP. Alto will construct a minimum 350,000-square-foot industrial facility and complete specified infrastructure work in return for land conveyance, impact fee reimbursement, and up to $5.25 million in TIRZ-funded reimbursements.
