The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal is considering authorizing the CAO to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the YMCA of Eastern Ontario to operate a daycare facility in a new municipally built structure in Cardinal. The Township would construct the building shell for up to $700,000, with lease revenues intended to fully recover costs and avoid taxpayer subsidies.
