Approve Plans and Specifications for the 2020 CSAH 1 Trail Improvements project to construct a 10 ft. wide multi-use trail along the east side of CSAH 1 (Mayhew Lake Road) from CSAH 3 (Golden Spike Road) to Osauka Road (High School entrance). The estimated project costs are $514,000 and will be funded by Sales Tax funds.

Verizon Wireless is seeking a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for two small cell wireless facilities located at 1833 Osauka Road NE, specifically at the Sauk Rapids High School parking lot. These facilities involve replacing existing light poles and are positioned between the ball fields and the school. Originally a 37 foot high pole was proposed but after a discussion it was modified to meet the requirements of the Residential District which is 35 feet.
