The City of Linwood is entering into a shared services agreement with Atlantic County to borrow, on an as-needed basis, highway digital message boards and electronic speed feedback signs. The County received grants totaling $85,500 for the purchase of these items, which will be made available to the City at no cost. Agreement in effect from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030.
