SUMMARY

The Town of Wake Forest Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department (WFPRCR) is seeking proposals for the operation, management, and staffing of the Holding Park Aquatic Center and Joey McCrea Wiggins Park Sprayground. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel including lifeguards, pool managers, gate attendants, and concession staff, as well as performing facility maintenance, chemical procurement, and off-season winterization. Key facilities include a competition pool, plunge pool, wading pool, and a VORTEX sprayground. The contract term is for three years beginning January 1, 2027, with two optional one-year renewals.
