Provide professional consulting services to provide on-call services for all phases of right-of-way acquisition and related services related thereto on an on-call basis for a period of five (5) years to the town.
Services may include right-of-way project management, title research, right-of-way appraisals and appraisal review, negotiation and acquisition of property interests, preparation of conveyance documents, boundary, right-of-way, and easement surveying, utility coordination, administration and closing services, and eminent domain and condemnation support services to support the town's transportation and capital improvement projects.
