SUMMARY
PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting DBE, SLBE, MBE, WBE, and OBE contractors for the Haskell R. Street Wastewater Treatment Plant Grit Removal System Improvements Bid Package for El Paso Water in El Paso, Texas. The project includes demolition of existing aerated grit and dewatering facilities, abandoning a 60-inch raw sewage line, construction of a new grit removal facility, grit dewatering facility, odor control, site improvements, and electrical improvements. Additional work encompasses concrete reinforcements, structural steel, metal fabrications, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, utilities, and wastewater equipment. Proposals are due by June 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM MT. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM MT at 4100 Delta Dr, El Paso, TX 79905, followed by a site walk requiring proper PPE.
