SUMMARY

PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting DBE, SLBE, MBE, WBE, and OBE contractors to submit proposals for the Haskell R. Street Wastewater Treatment Plant Grit Removal System Improvements Bid Package for El Paso Water in El Paso Texas. Proposal due date is July 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM (MT). The project includes demolition of an existing aerated grit facility and dewatering facility, abandoning a 60-inch raw sewage line, and construction of a new grit removal facility, grit dewatering facility, odor control, site improvements, and electrical improvements. Additional work encompasses concrete reinforcements, concrete finishing, precast concrete, grout supplement, concrete repair, structural steel, metal fabrications, metal stairs, building insulation, roofing, joint sealants, steel doors and frames, finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, and water and wastewater equipment.
