SUMMARY

PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting DBE, SLBE, MBE, WBE, and OBE contractors for the Advanced Water Purification Facility Bid Package 10 for El Paso Water in El Paso, Texas. Proposals were due on July 29, 2025. This large-scale water treatment project receives treated wastewater from the Roberto R.
