SUMMARY

PCL/Sundt JV invites contractors to submit proposals for the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP Expansion & Upgrades, Bid Package 10, covering 05 00 00 Structural Steel & Misc. Metals Supply & Installation for facility improvements at the wastewater treatment plant in El Paso, Texas. Qualified SLBE, MBE, and WBE firms are encouraged to bid. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid and site walk meeting will be held on July 23, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the jobsite trailer located at 10001 Pan American Drive, El Paso, TX 79927, with PPE required for the site walk. Questions must be submitted in writing at least ten business days before the bid date to Guillermo Mendez. The submission deadline is August 5, 2025.
