SUMMARY
PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting contractors to submit proposals for facility improvements and upgrades at the Wastewater Treatment Plant for Bid Package 13. Qualified SLBE, MBE & WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids. Scopes of work include Aluminum Truss Supported Flat Covers, Chlorine Gas Scrubbing Equipment, Parshall Flumes, Submersible Sump Pump, Automatic Refrigerated Samplers, Chlorine Gas Feed Equipment, Submersible Chemical Sump Pumps, Chemical Injection Assemblies, Single Drop Air Diffusers, Fine Bubble Diffused Aeration Equipment, Radial Beam Floating Cover, Digester Gas Safety & Control, Waste Gas Flare, Linear Motion Mixer, Sludge Heat Exchanger, Primary Sludge Screening Equipment, and Dry Polymer Preparation System. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. Submission deadline is October 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
