SUMMARY
PCL/Sundt JV solicits proposals for facility improvements and upgrades to the Wastewater Treatment Plant under Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP Expansion & Upgrades – Bid Package 12. Qualified SLBE, MBE & WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids. Scopes of work include finish carpentry, casework, countertops, spray polyurethane foam roofing systems, joint fillers, sealants, caulking, doors, windows, interior finishes, flooring, window treatment, steel lab cabinets and accessories, dumbwaiter, fire suppression systems, and cranes and hoists. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 22, 2025. Submission deadline is November 4, 2025.
