SUMMARY
PCL/Sundt JV solicits DBE, SLBE, MBE, WBE and OBE contractors for the Advanced Water Purification Facility (Pure Water Center) Bid Package 9 for El Paso Water in El Paso, Texas. Bid Package 9 covers exterior painting, interior painting, high performance coatings, epoxy systems for steel and pipe, and chemical area concrete lining. The new water purification facility is a large-scale water treatment project to directly purify treated wastewater from the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP for potable reuse drinking water using advanced treatment technologies. Proposals are due on July 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM (MT). A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 1, 2025.
