The City of Oroville wishes to obtain the services of experienced CA Class B contractors to perform construction services related to housing rehabilitation work funded by the City's Housing Rehab Program.
Rehab will be performed primarily on, but is not limited to, owner-occupied detached single family dwellings. Firms interested in participating in this program and being included on a prequalified contractor bid list need to submit a Statement of Qualifications via email. Contractors must be capable of compliance with Federal and/or State prevailing wage criteria and provide general liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000.
