SUMMARY
The City of Flagler Beach is seeking qualifications from Florida-licensed Construction Manager Advisers (CMAs) for the reconstruction of the historic Flagler Beach Fishing Pier located at 215 South Ocean Shore Boulevard. The project involves rehabilitating 113 feet of the existing timber pier and constructing a new 715-foot concrete portion with timber decking, totaling 828 feet. The new structure will feature 24-inch square prestressed concrete piles, concrete pile caps, and a 32-foot by 20-foot T-head. Utilities include convenience power, low voltage A/V, lighting, potable water, and fire water. The selection process follows a Qualification Based Selection (QBS) procedure.
