SUMMARY
The City of Hollywood, Florida is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional consulting firms or integrated multidisciplinary teams to provide continuing professional planning, urban design, geographic information systems (GIS), visualization, graphic design, public engagement, and related services on an as-needed basis. Services encompass development review, zoning analysis, staff report preparation, comprehensive planning, master planning, neighborhood and area studies, 3D modeling, advanced GIS analysis, Python automation, enterprise GIS, and public stakeholder engagement for assets such as buildings, parks, and transportation corridors across the city. The contract term is three (3) years with three (3) additional one-year renewal options. Submissions are due by October 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
