Summary
The Corporation of the City of Cornwall invites qualified Consulting Engineering firms to provide geotechnical and soil quality investigation services, for various types of municipal infrastructure capital projects within the City.
The Proponent will be responsible for the completion of geotechnical and soil quality field investigations including boreholes and test pits, and the development of comprehensive Geotechnical Investigation Reports, Assessment of Past Use APU reports, Sampling and Analysis Plans SAP, and Soil Characterization Reports SCR, for future 2026-2027 capital construction projects. Proponents must be consulting engineering firms authorized by Professional Engineers Ontario PEO and registered with the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario MTO as a current Prequalified Engineering Service Provider under the Environmental category and Contaminants/Waste Management sub-category, and Pavement Design - Low Complexity sub-category.
