THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
WSAC will lead policy work to define youth apprenticeship and align it with existing CTE pathways, in partnership with the Governor’s office, K-12, labor, workforce boards, and apprenticeship providers. This definition will shape future programs and funding streams for work-based learning. It sets the stage for later procurements for program design, employer engagement, curriculum, and data systems supporting youth apprenticeship expansion.
