From the meeting
Workforce Development was recruiting adjunct skilled trades instructors and a full-time Marine Electrical instructor. This is a staffing signal tied to growth in workforce enrollment and program delivery, not a procurement award. It matters because instructional hiring can reveal expanding training lines and new program capacity needs.
