WestCOG was awarded $246,457 from CT DEEP’s Climate Resilience Fund to complete a planning study on Resilient Improvement Districts and stormwater utilities. The study will examine feasibility and benefits of intermunicipal funding mechanisms to support climate-resilient infrastructure for flooding, heat, drought, and other hazards.
