From the meeting
The Wyoming Highway Patrol revised its 2027 Communications Basic course on September 22, 2026 and added 40 hours of computer aided dispatch (CAD) and computer familiarization training. The syllabus covers event creation, unit operations, mapping, queries, and CAD labs, plus CAD MPS. This is not a purchase, but it shows active use and operational reliance on the CAD environment and could signal future training, support, or system upkeep needs.
