From the meeting
The Wyoming Business Council grant project for Overlook at Roundtop had no proposals submitted by the August 6, 2026 RFP deadline. Staff said Ardurra had already done a site visit and refined the project documents, and the grant completion date was extended to June 30, 2027. The county still needs site cleanup and construction documents before it can rebid the work.
