From the meeting
The Town Administrator's report referenced construction of the pavilion at 4 Richmond Townhouse Road, Camp Sunshine. The agenda does not name a vendor or award, but it shows a park capital project already underway. A seller would want to know whether any remaining site work, furnishings, or closeout services are still open.
