From the meeting
The superintendent/president reported that the Main and Perkins student housing parcel was demolished and that the Affordable Student Housing Grant would go to the Board of Trustees for approval to submit next week. The grant could cover close to 95% of the housing project. This is an active funding trigger for a major capital project, and the next step is board approval to submit the grant.
