From the meeting
The superintendent said the district has a new collaboration with the Connecticut Science Center for on-site and off-site laboratory learning experiences for 5th, 7th, and 8th grade students. The Science Center will also provide professional development on November 3, 2026 and facilitate field trips throughout the school year. This is already selected and rolling out, so the value is in implementation support and adjacent programming.
