From the meeting
The SPSA calls for more students earning the Seal of Biliteracy and for a new Seal Mentor Program to help students and families reach state seals. School counselors will present the college and career readiness pathway information at ELAC, PTSA, staff, and grade-level meetings in fall 2026. The school is shaping a support structure rather than issuing a solicitation.
This creates a lead for tutoring, advising, and college-career readiness support tied to a measurable student outcome.
