From the meeting
The resolution described a planned program of site improvements at Seashore Park, also called Seashore Veterans Park, at the 95th Street beachfront. The conceptual plans called for a new permanent public restroom facility, a new stage, a great lawn and Veterans Park public space with a Veterans Memorial, a new street-end cul-de-sac, renovated surface parking, and associated landscaping, hardscaping, site furnishings, signage, and lighting. The Borough noted that a prior CAFRA permit for the restroom facility had expired and that a new CAFRA Individual Permit from NJDEP was required.
