From the meeting
The Recreation Committee discussed planning for the October 17 Harvest Festival, including vendors, inflatables, prizes, a craft table, a face painter, and a layout for the event. Moore's was named for pumpkins, hay bails, and corn stalks, and several food and activity vendors were listed. This is a live event-planning signal tied to vendor coordination and event logistics, not a completed purchase.
The next useful step is confirming which vendors and services still need to be booked.
