From the meeting
The packet included the JWB Pavilion timeline and construction drawings for the Johnnie Walker Beach pavilion. The plan shows the project moving through design review, DNREC coastal construction permitting, funding search through budgeting, fundraising, or grants, and then an RFP and bid award path. That makes the work a live future capital project, not a completed purchase.
