From the meeting
The October 14 memorandum said Franklin County's Mifflin #1 Sanitary Sewer Improvements Phase I project was delayed by coordination with ODOT on the closure of Innis Road and Westerville Road. It said the issue had been resolved and that Arcadis was currently preparing bid documents. The memorandum expected the project to be let for bid by the end of the year.
This was listed as a delinquent-project exception matter for SFY 2028.
