From the meeting
The library reported that Allegiant LLC performed a fire systems inspection that could not be completed because the fire alarm system could not be set to test. After the written report came in, J&G Electric was contacted to repair the fire alarm system and also completed a fire alarm inspection. This is follow-on maintenance work on a critical building system, and the remaining need is the written report and any additional corrective work.

Questions about this project
What is a pre-RFP?
A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
When will City of Roswell issue an RFP for this project?
Pre-RFPs typically surface 6–18 months before a formal solicitation is published. Civic IQ tracks City of Roswell's meeting records, agendas, and budgets continuously and updates this pre-RFP as the project moves through the buying cycle toward an RFP.
How can vendors engage with City of Roswell before the RFP is published?
Vendors who reach out during the planning window can help shape requirements and build relationships with the decision-makers running the project. A free Civic IQ account unlocks this pre-RFP's source document, forecasted RFP timing, and verified City of Roswell decision-maker contacts.
