From the meeting
The June 18, 2026 update said WCCCA planned a significant CAD upgrade for November 5, 2026 but was having serious delivery problems with Central Square. Staff said a needed component had not been delivered for about six months and that Central Square was now promising a beta version in early July. WCCCA warned it might move the cutover to late January or early February 2027 if progress did not improve.
Decision state: implementation pending.
