From the meeting
The General Manager reported on the WaterSMART meter, telemetry and monitoring grant, along with rebates and an ongoing non-compliance enforcement program. The agenda does not show a decision on a purchase yet, but it confirms an active grant-linked modernization effort. A seller would want to track what equipment, software, or implementation work follows once the grant work moves forward.
