From the meeting

The FY 2027-2032 CTP additions included USACE Tunnels Flood Protection and said the project was part of the Baltimore Metropolitan Coastal Storm Risk Management task. S. Army Corps of Engineers would collaborate with MDTA to design and construct flood protection concrete walls and closure structures at the southern approach of the I-95 FMT, I-895 BHT, and four supporting ventilation buildings.

The project cost was $5,127,000 and would be shared 65% by USACE and 35% by MDTA. The board was told this was a new capital program addition for future approval.
