From the meeting
The fire district said it contracts with the Highlands Fire District for Fire and EMS protection, and Highlands in turn has agreements with Flagstaff Fire Dept and Guardian Medical Transport for 911 response. Todd Miller, the Highlands Fire Chief, is the district's Fire Chief. The update also noted hydrant map updates and hydrant maintenance work with Highlands, and that flow tests were completed in December 2025.
This was informational, with the existing emergency services arrangement in place.
