From the meeting
The district said CARB usually releases a solicitation in the third quarter for Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program (CMP) Year 29 funds. Staff asked the board to adopt Resolution 2026-001-09 and authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer to submit the Year 29 application package. The grant would fund replacement of older heavy-duty diesel equipment with new low- and zero-emission equipment.
This is a grant-seeking lead tied to a specific program and deadline-sensitive submission.
