THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The district board will vote on an intergovernmental agreement with District 87 for ALS paramedic coverage at 2026 football games. This sets up dedicated EMS staffing for school events, likely requiring scheduled crews, equipment, and communication coordination. EMS providers and scheduling/coverage software vendors can help the district and school refine staffing models, event medical planning, and overtime management for the upcoming season.
IGA structure may influence future EMS event coverage or cost-recovery models.
