From the meeting
The council was scheduled to review the revised conceptual design for the Teri G. Muse Family Service Center and choose between single-story and two-story options. Staff also sought authority to solicit and advertise a request for qualifications/proposals for architectural and engineering design services for design development and final plans, specifications, and estimates.
The project is still in early design, but the agenda shows an imminent procurement for professional design work. That creates an early opportunity around architecture, engineering, and project support.
