From the meeting
The council was scheduled to authorize the ALLWEST Testing & Engineering master services agreement for construction materials testing on the street resurfacing and signal safety projects. The work covered soil, aggregate, concrete, asphalt density, laboratory testing, and reporting, with a combined not-to-exceed amount of $13,000. Because the city was already moving into construction, this is an incumbent-style follow-on opportunity tied to active project delivery.
