From the meeting
The council was scheduled to allocate $30,000 from the Building Maintenance Special Reserve Fund for additional tree pruning and crown reduction services at Sunset Park. West Coast Arborists was named for work on 26 trees, but the item was still pending the vote. That made the November 2, 2026 meeting the next decision point for an urban forestry vendor with park maintenance follow-on potential.
