From the meeting
The council held a public hearing and then adopted Resolution No. 2026-11 authorizing a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application to the Wyoming Community Development Authority for the FY27 Sewer Lining and Manhole Replacement Project. Staff said the scope was about 15,000 feet of sewer lining and 62 brick manholes north of the hospital and in the Vistas and Hillcrest areas.
The request was for $1,895,000, making this a funded infrastructure lead tied to a grant decision.
