From the meeting
The council approved a special emergency appropriation for preparation of the township master plan. Administrator Carl Block said the work will include planning board, zoning board, traffic study, and environmental commission meetings with public input. The $395,000 funding signals an active planning cycle that can lead to consulting, traffic, land use, and facilitation work.
A seller should watch for the scope that follows from the master plan review.
