From the meeting
The committee scheduled a professional services contract for the NJDEP Green Acres survey of property tied to FY2027 NJDEP Green Acres Grant Project #0330-26-014, Riverdell Woodlands Acquisition. The item names a specific grant-funded acquisition effort, so the buying trigger is the survey work needed to support the land purchase. The source does not state the contractor or contract amount.
This is a real grant-linked lead even though the resolution text does not show final award details.
