From the meeting
The Commission reviewed the current state special education funding methodology and heard presentations from NDE, APA Consulting, and WestEd. The item was still in discussion/possible action, so no award or procurement decision was recorded. The signal is a policy and funding design effort that could lead to consulting, modeling, or implementation work once the methodology is finalized.
